If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange it or refund your payment.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange an item for another size or color or even for a different item altogether. To ensure the item you want is available, please call or email us so that we can hold it for you. You are responsible for the return shipping charges, but no additional shipping charges will be added when we ship the replacement item.
RETURNS
Please ship return merchandise in the original packaging if possible. Be sure to note the reason for return on the invoice and include it in the box. We recommend that you purchase insurance for the shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once your package is received, we will process your return and refund the purchase price. We will notify you by email when this process has been completed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of shipment. Returns can also be made in store at our Seattle location. |
