Shipping InformationYour order will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. All packages are shipped with USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment details and tracking number if applicable. You may also log in to your account to view shipment information.

Turquoise Boutique ships to all 50 United States, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Within the 50 United States Standard, Priority and Express shipping are available, while only Priority and Expedited shipping are available to the US Territories.
Standard packages are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or First Class Mail. Estimated delivery time ranges from 4 - 8 business days. Priority packages are shipped with USPS Priority Mail taking 2 - 4 business days. Express packages are shipped with USPS Express Mail and takes only 1 - 2 days.

International Shipping |
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Orders shipping to addresses outside of the United States have a maximum purchase subtotal limit of $500 USD.

NOTE: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees, which are imposed when your package reaches its country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Turquoise Boutique does not collect any duties, taxes or VAT and cannot estimate what your charges may be. All applicable taxes and customs fees will be collected C.O.D. by local affiliates of USPS at the time of delivery. Failure to obtain necessary import permits or pay any of these fees may result in the seizure of the package by customs. Turquoise Boutique is not responsible for any packages confiscated for these reasons.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange it or refund your payment.
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Exchanges You may exchange an item for another size or color or even for a different item altogether. To ensure the item you want is available, please call or email us so that we can hold it for you. You are responsible for the return shipping charges, but no additional shipping charges will be added when we ship the replacement item.
Returns Please ship return merchandise in the original packaging. Be sure to note the reason for return on the invoice and include it in the box. We recommend that you purchase insurance for the shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once your package is received, we will process your return and refund the purchase price. We will notify you by email when this process has been completed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of shipment. |
